Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor is best known for his character on the popular television series 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. He discovered his love for acting from his days in college and studied acting at The University of Colorado at Boulder. While he's appeared in both films and television, however it was his roles on the smaller screen that gave him popularity and much followers. This is not surprising since his talent is playing characters of both the side of good and evil. He also knows how to draw attention. He portrayed the role of one of the killers in his first television series project however he later went on take on the role that of an NYPD detective.
